grade went through to the playoffs. The top two teams then went through to the finals. We combined all the finals into one evening of Polo |

| C grade had Bayfield High playing Otago Boys
High OBIWAN. In a reverse of last years result, the OBHS team came through to win 9 - 7 in a game that had the potential to go either way. |

| The two teams making the finals from A grade were Jus Bellum and the Canoodles. Jus Bellum pulled ahead in the second quarter and gained a lead that the Canoodles just could not pull back. | ![]() |
| Jus Bellum were the winners by 13 - 6. They finished the season unbeaten to win for the second year in a row. | ![]() |
| Most of the team members are leaving town before the next season so giving someone else a chance. | ![]() |

| The finals were well supported with a good turnout of spectators to support al three grades. The following evening we had our end of season function and prize giving at Filidelfios so bringing the 2002 season to a close. | ![]() |
